Sending Bitcoin to People You Know With Ease

Sending Bitcoin to People You Know With Ease We want to make transacting in bitcoin as easy as possible.  One of the more difficult things about bitcoin for the common user is dealing with the 30+ character addresses that are referenced to send or receive money.  Rarely would one want to see these addresses - it’s much easier and more intuitive to refer to someone by their email address.  That’s why we’ve rolled out autocomplete for the to/from field of payments: sending bitcoin should be as easy as knowing someone and starting to type.  If you’ve already transacted with someone, they will now automatically appear if you start typing their email.  We plan on making everyday payments even easier over time by adding full names (should someone have specified on their Coinbase account) or even importing contacts from other services like Gmail!
